La Peg Pix is focused on providing high-quality products and efficient deliveries. We work with vendors who have their own on-site production facilities that are able to produce many of our items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Expert staff works together in the same building, ensuring that each step of the printing and production process is controlled. This allows us to maintain the high-quality standards for each of our designer products.
Please note that delivery time is not the same as production time. For example: most of our products are "Ready same day" or in 1-2 days. That does not mean that you will have your product the same day. Rather, "Ready Same Day" would mean that your product would be ready to ship that day, and it would be put it on the FedEx truck that same day. In rare cases when we need to re-print an item, this may take an additional 1-2 days.
Generally, it takes approximately 2 days for shipping.
We do offer separate delivery and billing addresses on all orders. Easily send one of our products as a gift and ship it directly to the recipient.
Delivery to P.O. Box addresses in Canada is not possible.
PLEASE NOTE: You will have to sign upon delivery. This is just another added measure to ensure you receive your products in good condition.

Again, please remember that delivery times are not the same as production times. We take the necessary time to make sure your product is up to our high-quality standards. La Peg Pix's vendors do not continue production or dispatch work over the weekend, except for Christmas and other busy events.
Canadian Delivery Services
Our vendors use FedEx international shipping services for all Canada orders. This is our standard service and is the default delivery option listed in the shopping cart. FedEx usually delivers all orders to Canada in 2 days. FedEx delivers every day, including Saturdays, but not Sundays and some national holidays.
If we dispatch after 1pm EST, parcels are usually picked up the morning after. At this point, unfortunately no delivery address change can be made.
Customs Tax
La Peg Pix is happy to offer worldwide shipping with customs duties paid for most countries. If your La Peg Pix order is to be delivered outside Canada or one of our corresponding international sites, you may incur additional charges beyond our control. This could be non-reclaimable customs tax as well as administration fees. We advise checking the specific customs or import duty policies for your delivery country.
Adverse Weather Conditions
When there are adverse weather conditions, international deliveries might be affected. If transport is delayed, so will your package. However, FedEx does an excellent job of working around this to ensure quick and efficient deliveries.
