At La Peg Pix, we stand behind every product we sell and offer a 15-day full refund policy. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily provide a full refund or credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returned items must be received within 15 days of the delivery date. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale and discounted items or gift cards. For hygiene reasons, swimwear, intimates, and accessories are not eligible for return.
Step 1: To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. **Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.**
Step 2: Package the products and a copy of your receipt or order confirmation in any secure box of your choosing. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Returned items must be received within 15 days of the delivery date. If your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.Please note ,that you are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise, but you can select the carrier that works best for you.
Step 4: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund is approved or not. We reserve the right to issue or deny refunds based on the condition of the returned products.
Step 5: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can review the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
